Hello UDressers!

We are looking for a dedicated member of UDress to take over the position of Executive Editorial Assistant. EEA is the "hub of knowledge" for UDress and works as the central contact for all members. This position includes (but is certainly not limited to!):

- Working closely with the Executive Editor & Editor in Chief 
- Sending out emails on upcoming events and minutes from meetings to all of UDress
- Creating the Master List of contact info for members
- Creating the Masthead
- Keeping track of stylist credits from photo shoots and putting them in the magazine  - Reserving rooms for meetings and other events
- Answering questions from current/ potential members  

We are looking for someone who is a current Freshman, Sophomore or Junior and would like to learn more about the inner-workings of the magazine for their future involvement. Don't hesitate to apply if this is your first semester with the magazine! As long as you are willing to commit and put in the time and effort, this could be an amazing opportunity for you!
