Spending hours a day on the Internet, we continually find more and more things that we want to remember and save, whether it is a yummy looking recipe we want to try, an outfit we want to duplicate, or just a beautiful picture. While this nonstop discovery can be exciting, many people become flustered trying to neatly store everything in one place. Pinterest is here to allow you to peruse the Internet without worrying about how to manage all your findings. Created in early 2011, Pinterest helps you to organize and share all of the interesting things that you find on the web.

Referred to as a "virtual pinboard", Pinterest allows you to create as many pinboards as you like, for as many topics as you want.

There is a super convenient "Pin It" button that you can install to your toolbar, allowing you to pin whatever you like as you browse the web. All you do is find something you like on a website, click "Pin It", and choose what pinboard you want to pin it to. That's it! Then you can view your pinboards whenever you need some inspiration, which are organized conveniently by topics.

Besides pinning new items that you have found on your own, Pinterest lets you follow the pinboards of other people, allowing you to view all that they've uncovered. You can also "repin" something to your pinboard that someone else has already pinned to one of their pinboards.

Besides being a great way to keep track, Pinterest prides itself in being able to "connect everyone in the world through the 'things' they find interesting".
