I consulted several doctors, all of whom determined that there was nothing wrong. I didn't want to go on medication, or take painkillers around-the- clock, so I figured I'd just have to stick it out. Nearly a year later, one of my roommates, an active tea enthusiast introduced me to "Tension Tamer," a caffeine free, 100% natural herbal tea made by Celestial Seasonings. She too suffered from headaches and insisted that it helped them tremendously. Since I learned about Tension Tamer, I drink it almost every night with a little bit of honey. I would strongly recommend that anyone who deals with stress, especially stress that manifests itself into any kind of physical pain gives this miracle tea a try. If not for that reason, buy a box for its sheer deliciousness! As Charlie Baden, Celestial Seasonings "Blendmaster" since 1975 so eloquently writes on the Tension Tamer box, "Bring harmony to your hectic day with a cup of this flavorful and restorative tea." Side note: I'm typically into black teas like English Breakfast and Early Grey. I was hesitant to try Tension Tamer just because I'm not a huge fan of herbal teas. However, the peppermint, ginger and lemon blend together into a taste that I have not tired of after almost of year of drinking it.
