2. Try putting on a lipliner first to make sure you color only inside your lips. This will also prevent the color from fading.

3. Be sure that your lipcolor shares the same vibe as your outfit! The classic look of black and other neutrals work best with red lipstick. This will also help to keep the focus on one part of your look.
