- Teagan Thomas, replaces Lauren Marchionni as Executive Editor
-Kara Fobian replaces Emily Barbeau as Public Relations Director
- Samantha Tricoli, replaces Montana Aydlett as Advertising Director
-Alex Davey replaces Teagan Thomas as Style Editor
- Justine Scarfone, replaces Meg Gray as Associate Fashion Event Director
-Jaclyn Allen becomes Head of the Beauty Team

Moved to tears by a movie, entranced by a song, transported by a book: an artist has unfolded for you a new realm of exploration. But beyond the fantastic worlds created for us by dreamers, the absoluteness of our own environment and society can often feel questionable, as major changes are taking place everyday. The Fall 2011 issue of UDress will Rearrange Reality, examining the worlds of the transcendental and the ever evolving nature of our own existence.
